Team Workforce Development plans to address the issue of chronic unemployment and under-employment in our communities. Research shows success in the workplace is supported by the development of Soft Skills, also known as Emotional Intelligence. Our project seeks to elevate the job seekers’ potential by improving inter-personal skills. The Team strives to provide a gateway to Soft Skills resources through a variety of tangible and/or virtual means.
